I am not sure, but from looking at the PDF it looks like a Glove Box location. You may have to research this one yourself. :ermm:
Just double check at the postings out there on the Acura Forums to make sure of everything before ya go out and order it. I have read that in some instances the Music Link does/did not work out the box on some 2006s. Something about bleed through with another system, I think it was an audio thing of some sort. Both going on at the same time after the vehicle was turned off then back on, I could be way off on the actual problem I can't remember.
[edit]
Found it. On a rare few of the 2006 TSX when turning the car on, the ipod and XM2 play at the same time (CDC is displayed). It has been said to be now a known issue, and Acura is working on a fix. Some Dealerships are stoping installs on the TSX models.
I read on another forum:

The music link apparently doesn't work for the 06 TSX. They get XM2 bleeding into the CD-C channel but works on 04-05 just fine.

Don't get too excited. I had the Acura IPOD unit installed in my 2006
RL on Friday. It is horrible. Imagine your ipod locked in the glove
box and all you can do is go forward and back through a shuffle. The
voice uses Microsoft Mary (hard to understand) and rattles off the
alphabet. You are supposed to recognize the first letter of the album,
artist or playlist you want, press fast forward and then are supposed
to hear a short list to choose from. Despite more than 10 hours of
effort, loading, uninstalling and reinstalling computer software on two
different computers and purchasing a new IPOD, as pre 4th generation
ipods won't work at all, I never did get it to work. Heading back to
the dealer this morning....
